06:30 pm - Foxes therefore not God
I dreamt a poem last night, in which foxes disproved god. The argument went like this: 1) God, being omnipotent, would not make a wager that would see him turned into a fox if he lost if he was going to lose; but 2) if you ask foxes if they're god, they remain suspiciously quiet, playing dumb or barking like mere animals, almost as if they're embarrassed. Therefore god does not exist, and has been transformed into a fox. The poem then exhorts the reader to kill any foxes they com across, on the grounds that 1) we don't like god, and in fox form he's vulnerable, and 2) if he let himself get turned into a fox he was a pretty crappy god to begin with.

Of course, the dream poem explained this much more prettily, with meter and rhyme, but the only line that survived the waking fog was the last: "Suffer not a fox to live"

My dreams are getting stranger and stranger, not in content, but in form, turning away from pseudo-reality, and into pseudo-media. They're like movies, cartoons, literature and poetry, even computer games. I had one the other day which was some sort of 2d platform game environment, experienced both from within and from the players perspective.

I think consensus reality may be fragmenting, turning fake.

Not that I have a problem with that.
